Two players. One grid.
You and your opponent solve the same board at the same time, watching each other's squares light up in real time.
Face a live opponent on one shared grid. Every correct number claims territory, every mistake freezes your board, and a shared clock decides who cracks first.

How it works
Every correct number captures that square for your colour. The grid fills up fast — and so does the score.
One countdown runs for both players. Speed wins games, but knowing when to slow down wins ratings.
A wrong digit costs points and briefly freezes your board — long enough to lose the box you were fighting for.
Five placement games seed your rating. Win rated duels across Bullet, Blitz, and Rapid to rise.
Why RankDoku
You and your opponent solve the same board at the same time, watching each other's squares light up in real time.
A correct digit paints that square your colour. Complete a box and you take the whole sector — a wrong digit costs points and freezes your board.
Bullet, Blitz, and Rapid. One countdown runs for both of you, so speed is a weapon and hesitation is a cost.
Five placement games seed you, then every rated duel moves the number. Each format keeps its own ladder, so Bullet nerves never cost your Rapid rank.
The queue opens near your rating and widens while you wait. If nobody shows up, one of eight calibrated engine opponents steps in.
Party Control puts 3–6 players on a single board. Five mistakes and you are out — the last solver standing takes the grid.
Private friend rooms carry your settings. Send the link, play, hit rematch — nobody installs anything.
The weekly contest sets one mastery puzzle for everyone. Same board, same clock, one shared leaderboard.
The ladder
Where everyone starts
No grinding, no participation score. Play five placement duels and RankDoku works out where you actually belong — then the real ladder begins.
Club · 800
Matchmaking opens close to your rating and widens while you wait, so you are playing people who can actually beat you — not whoever happened to be free.
Expert · 1200
Every time control keeps its own rating in every scoring mode. A bad night at Bullet leaves your Rapid rank exactly where it was.
Master · 1600
Master is where the leaderboard starts listing you. Every format ranks its own top players, and the weekly contest puts the whole site on one identical puzzle.
Grandmaster · 2000
The top of the ladder is not a badge you keep. It is a position, and it belongs to whoever last proved it. Every duel you play from here can take it or lose it.
Join RankDoku
